The John T. Hoggard High School JROTC Honors Night was held on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 aboard the USS North Carolina. Susan DeGroote presented the following awards:
Cadet Ensign Abigail Fairchild, a junior was presented with a Medal Award Certificate and the National Society United States Daughters of 1812 Medal.
Cadet LTJG David Apisa, a senior was presented with an Award Certificate and a cash award of 50 dollars.
