Cindy Sellers, Treasurer, and Wreaths Across America Chair
The price of a wreath is $17.00. So, ladies, let's rally and buy some wreaths for Wilmington National Cemetery. Cindy is our chairman for Wreaths Across America. As members of the 1812 chapter, you can write a check and mail it to Cindy or give her a check at an 1812 meeting. Make out the checks to the 1812 Commissioner Gause Chapter and put Wreaths Across America or WAA in the memo line. You can e-mail Cindy at cindysellers@ec.rr.com if you have any questions. Her home address is on the member's contact information online.
I also suggest buying by credit card, however, if you want to contact me at par4wilson@gmail.com. I can e-mail you a form to fill out, write your check to Wreaths Across America, put NC0025P in the memo line along with the location: NCWNCE, and mail the check and the form to the address at the top of the form. If you read this note, scroll down and click on the website, which should take you directly to our chapter's WAA site. Click on it and follow the directions. After you have put in your credit card info, scroll down to ensure you have clicked the final button to purchase a wreath. The transaction only went through if you get a receipt e-mailed. Please e-mail me your receipt so I can double-check it for records. Don't pay the extra $3.00 they ask you for in three areas before paying by credit card. Keep the price just for wreaths.

2. Fill in your
information and the person's name, followed by your credit card information. The transaction will not go through if you do not receive a thank-you or confirmation email after donating. If you have a question, you can ask when you are ordering online. It is a person.
3. If you have problems ordering a wreath, call the main number for Wreaths Across America at 877-385-9504 Monday-Friday. Someone will answer the phone between 7:00 am and 7:00pm. You can call on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am-2:00 pm on weekends. You can buy a wreath with a credit card or debit card. I don't recommend using PayPal. If you call any other time, you can leave your name and phone number, and someone will call you back. You will need our Group ID: NC0025P and Location: NCWNCE.
After purchasing a wreath by phone or e-mail, you should receive an e-mail confirmation. After you receive the e-mail confirmation, forward it to Phyllis Wilson so she can record it. She will have an account number to refer to for any concerns. (par4wilson@gmail.com.)

If you have difficulty ordering a wreath, e-mail Phyllis at par4wilson@gmail.com. The Wreaths Across America event will occur on December 14, 2024, at Wilmington National Cemetery at 12:00. If you plan to help, arrive around 10:00 a.m. at 2011 Market St, Wilmington, NC. The event will start at 12:00. I suggest carpooling, as parking can be problematic. You might want to drop off anyone with you who has difficulty walking. Bring a lightweight chair as well.
