Dear Daughters of 1812,

Dues are now due for the 2020-2021 year.  The amount is $55.00.  Please make your check payable to Comm. Charles Gause Chapter 1812 and mail to me: Cindy Sellers ( Check my e-mail for my address plus attachment if you are including any donation.

In addition, if you wish to make donations to any of our 1812 causes, you may include that amount in your check.  I have attached the donation form for your convenience.

Happy 4th of July from The DeGroote Family Dressed in Colonial Attire

Susan DeGroote, is a member of the Stamp Defiance DAR Chapter in Wilmington, NC. Her husband Doug and her youngest grandson, Webb are in the photo with her in their Colonial attire. Doug got his outfit when Susan’s DAR Chapter sponsored the Stamp Defiance re-enactment in downtown Wilmington. Thanks, Susan, for permission to post Webb’s photo on our blog and on Facebook. Susan is also just finished her term of office at the librarian for the 1812 General Gause Chapter. Susan is also recording secretary for the Lord Craven Colonial Dames Chapter.
