Our Commissioner Charles Gause Chapter had 181 wreaths purchased for 2020, which is fantastic. We had 120 purchased in 2019. So far this year with doing the 2 for 1 Sale we have 79 wreaths purchased online. Once the checks have been processed we will have many more wreaths purchased which is giving us a great start for 2021. You can buy a wreath at any time this year. If you go to the tab at the top of the page there are directions to buying a wreath online or you can call the number and be sure to have your locator code and your code NC0025P when buying a wreath.

Our 1812 group has sponsored 20 wreaths as of today and that is just from 2 individuals. So, ladies and any gentlemen who want to sponsor a wreath go to our website and follow the directions.

1. Click on Sponsor a wreath. Each wreath is $15.00.

2.  Fill in your information and the name of the person. Then your credit card information. If you do not get a thank-you e-mail after donating or you don’t receive a confirmation e-mail then the transaction did not go through.

3. If you are having problems ordering a wreath, then call the main number for Wreaths Across America at 877-385-9504 Monday-Friday. Someone will answer the phone between 7:00am through 7:00pm. On weekends you can call Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am-2:00pm. You can buy a wreath by a credit card or debit card. If you call any other time you can leave your name and phone number and someone will call you back. You will need our group ID: NC0025P and Location: NCWNCE. 

After purchasing a wreath by phone or by e-mail you should get an e-mail confirmation. After you receive the   e-mail confirmation forward it to Phyllis Wilson so she can keep a record of it. If there are any concerns she will have an account number to refer to par4wilson@gmail.com. You can call Phyllis if you want her to order your wreath online. 910-253-1474

   

Wreaths Across America is Sponsoring a 2 for 1 Sale Which Ends on January 15th

 We now have 10 wreaths for our 1812 Wreaths Across America Chart. One friend of Phyllis Wilson's just bought 5 wreaths online and it showed up immediately on our chart. You can go to the Tab for Wreaths Across America and click on the website there. You can scroll down to view how many wreaths we have. While you are there you can click sponsor a wreath. Be careful to be sure you filled in your e-mail address, home address, and credit card information. Be sure you ordered the correct number. Then, be sure to click submit at the end of your order. You will receive a Thank you on the screen and they will send you an e-mail confirmation. Please e-mail Phyllis Wilson at par4wilson@gmail.com so she can keep a tally of the orders.

After posting this article, Phyllis Wilson got so motivated that she order 5 wreaths for 1812 and now we should have 20 wreaths posted.  I hope some others viewing this blog will become motivated to order wreaths and see the number of wreaths purchased climb to a huge number. This past year we had 181 wreaths for 2020.

Wreaths Across America is offering a 2 for 1 Sale. This is a great deal. Even if you already bought wreaths last year this is this year and if you buy them now you will get double your order. Then maybe we can put a wreath on every grave this December 18^th.  I am helping all groups that are sponsoring wreaths. Just give me know,  call at 910-253-1474 or e-mail me at par4wilson@gmail.com and I will help you order a wreath for the organization you want to sponsor. The goal here is to put a wreath on every grave in 2021. We came close this year to doing that. We placed 3,825 wreaths on Veterans graves. We needed 1,301 wreaths. If the same people who ordered wreaths for this year, they would get double the amount, which could put us just where we want next year on December 18, 2019, which is the date to place next year’s wreaths on graves.
