Commissioner Charles Gause No 433 Chapter of the National Society of the United States Daughters of 1812 celebrated their tenth anniversary on Saturday at their February 1st Meeting.
The Commissioner Charles Gause Chapter celebrated its 10th Anniversary by honoring our organizing Chapter President Nora Hickam who cut the cake for us to enjoy during the program.

1812 Member Delivers Books to St. Mark Catholic School in Huntersville NC

On Friday, January 31, 2020, Dale Spencer, Committee Chair for the Veteran Outreach Program delivered two Penguin Young Readers Level 3 book " Red, "White and Blue The Story of the American Flag" to Principal Burton and Media Specialist Mrs. Burns at the St. Mark Catholic School in Huntersville, NC. The books were donated by Commissioner Charles Gause No.433 Chapter of the National Society of the United States Daughters of 1812. The total number of books that were donated to three counties and 10 libraries is 102 books.
