On Saturday, March 5, 2011 there was an USD 1812 Commissioner Charles Gause meeting. The meeting was held at the home of Mary (MayTu ) Szalankiewics in Winnabow, NC. The guest speaker was Pat Gambarelli, a gourmet specialist and food editor, teacher and author of many books. Her most recent book is "Pasta For Men Only." She spoke about Colonial food up to the present day.
